These dresses are super small and not made well. You gotta pay for every return. They only give you 15% back instead of letting you send it back. I'm really let down. Don't throw your cash away on this company.

The dress showed up way too tiny. They finally said they'd send a bigger size if I left a positive review! The replacement came, but it was still way too small, even though the tag said it was a larger size. I can't suggest their products.

This company is just the worst. They sent me a dress that was totally not what I ordered and kept claiming it was the right one, even with clear screenshot proof. After a bunch of emails back and forth, their customer service seemed completely oblivious, insisting that the green dress I got was the same as the red one in my order screenshot. It feels like they’re just lying on purpose. They probably ran out of the actual stock and tried to shove this wrong item on me just to keep my cash. No integrity at all. I’ll be searching for other platforms to report their shady practices. #koandaily
